We've collaborated with Life of Cha - our products, their tea - and it's a match made in heaven. Since Valentine's is just a few days away, we thought we would get creative and whip up something that you can make at home for the ones you love!
The secret ingredient for this is the Life of Cha Hydrate Tea and is what gives it such a gorgeous colour, made of whole hibiscus flowers. Chock full of electrolytes and rich in vitamin C, you can enjoy this drink anytime of day as a cocktail or mocktail!

Makes 4 cocktails
1. Boil the kettle! Pour 200ml of boiling water over 3 hibiscus buds of the Hydrate Tea. Pop it aside to cool down, speed it up by putting in the fridge or preparing it earlier.
2. Cut the ruby grapefruit in half, placing one half aside. Juice the other half and pour into four glasses with ice. Add a shot of your favourite gin to each glass.
3. When the tea has cooled, pour into glasses with juice until the glasses are half to three quarters full. Top off with tonic water!
4. Now, let's make it pretty...cut the other half of ruby grapefruit into quarters, then cut four thin slices to go on top of the glasses. Pick four lovely sprigs of mint to tuck in next to the grapefruit. Then enjoy!
